The use of advanced Germany Technology, and integration of Singapore well-made, the state of art of design allow high precision and stability optical machine called "HA CNC" to be born.
High rigid hardcoat anodized aluminium stage with fixturing holes build for stability when travel.
Fully import long life, precision cross-roller linear motion bearings are employed throughout, supporting smooth high speed and high accuracy stage CNC positioning with fully CNC motor drives 3 axes vector controlling system.
Fully imported Renishaw proprietary Precision Scales, which are mounted directly to each axis for thermal stability.
1/3" High-resolution CCD Camera, with manual Telecentric Zoom Lens (Flexi-Zoom) and 10:1 subpixel technology allows True Image in different magnification (40x~200x) to be viewed correctly without miss-placed; Optional motorized zoom is available per request.
CNC controls of two sources of illumination are provided via high intensity LED for consistent measurement, reliability, high response speed and maximum constrasting effectiveness.

Non-Contact & Contact (2 in 1) Multi Sensing Coordinate Measuring Machine

The use of Germany Technology, CNC is another multi-sensing system with the integration of high resolution Optical Technology (non-contact) and Touch Probing Technology (contact) to ensure all sensors are calibrated to a standard reference datum to provide complete 3D measurement ability.
