Purlins and Roof trusses are crucial parts of the building construction. Their primary role is to provide a firm support for building roof. Therefore, it is absolutely important to use only high quality purlin and trusses from ISO certified manufacturers like Thuung Hing.
TH® C Purlin is made from Hi-tensile galvanised steel. High tensile steel is very strong steel. it is at least 10X stronger than wood and more than double the tensile strength of carbon steel. It is so strong high tensile steel is also used in highway guardrails because of its material strength to withstand the huge impact of speeding vehicle.
Despite the strength, TH C-purlin material is also much lighter compared to carbon steel material. This benefit enables faster and easier installation works for builders. Light weight high tensile TH C Purlin helps reduce the roofing load on the building structure.
Besides being strong and able to hold heavy load such as ceramic roof tiles, we ensures the TH C-Purlin is also anti corosion and long lasting for at least several decades. Each Th C-Purlin is made from special alloy and on top of that, galvanised to provide double anti-corrosion protection. Similarly, TH -Purlin is naturally termite damage free, making it the preferred material for building material.
The technology used in cold roll forming process ensures stability and accuracy in the dimensions and lengths. The purlins are supplied cut to length and custom-made pre-punched hole(s) to ease for design roofing, cladding supports and light weight framed structures.
TH C-Purlin products can be tailored to your building requirements including hole punching locations and hole sizes. Delivery nationwide is free of charge. Contact us now to find out more about our latest promotion and new product listings.
